Welcome to this space. I’m so glad you’re here. Think of this as a space to take a breath, get comfortable, and learn a little more about yourself along the way.
We study. We don’t judge.

I've always been curious about people — how we become who we are, what shapes the way we show up, and what becomes possible when we take time to understand ourselves a little better.
My background in behavior analysis, counseling, education, and facilitation has given me different ways to explore those questions. What connects it all is a desire to create spaces where honest conversations can happen and where growth feels practical, personal, and possible.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis from Savannah State University and am currently pursuing my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, serving as a counseling intern. Alongside that, I create resources and host conversations that invite us to get genuinely curious about ourselves.
Across counseling, education, conversation, and creative resources, a handful of themes keep showing up — because they tend to matter to most of us.
Understanding who we are, how we got here, and the patterns that quietly shape our choices and relationships.
Navigating connection with others — learning to recognize, name, and communicate what we actually need.
Building the capacity to notice what we feel, understand why, and respond to life's challenges with more intention.
Finding clarity and footing during seasons of change, uncertainty, and becoming something new.
Turning what we learn about ourselves into the way we actually live — one practical, honest step at a time.
Whether you're here for support, learning, or a conversation about working together — there's a place for you.
As a graduate counseling intern, Q offers a thoughtful, supportive space for individuals ready to explore what's on their mind. If you're curious about counseling, you're welcome to reach out and learn more.
Q creates space for thoughtful conversations and learning around identity, relationships, self-awareness, and navigating change. If you're interested in a speaking engagement, workshop, or facilitated experience, she'd love to hear about it.
Q is open to aligned opportunities — educational experiences, writing projects, creative collaboration, and partnerships that center honest, accessible ideas about people and growth. If something feels like a fit, let's talk.

Getting to know yourself doesn't have to begin with having all the answers. Sometimes it starts with a question, a little curiosity, and the space to be honest about what you find.
The Self Study Playbook is an extension of Q's curiosity about people and her desire to make self-understanding more accessible. It offers practical resources — including free guides like The Self Study Starter Guide and The Boundary Formula — to help you better understand yourself, explore your patterns, and practice new ways of showing up in everyday life.
Whether something here resonated with you or you have an idea you'd like to explore, I'd love to hear from you.
